The Capacity Building Workshops are the second step of the development of dialogue within genSET. In each of the three Workshops, 25-30 stakeholder organisations will work with 5-10 gender experts in a participatory process that builds on the recommendations of the Consensus Report and construct or improve institutional gender action plans. The workshops will build on the consensus report, Recommendations for Action on the Gender Dimension in Science, and draw upon the extensive expertise of gender experts facilitating.
The interaction process starts six months before the workshop event itself, and after each one 5 stakeholders will receive additional six days of one-on-one consultation with a gender expert.
